Atlantic Plumbing was established in 1995 as the directors of the company recognised the demand for professional plumbing maintenance and asset management services in the commercial sector.

Our Team
Atlantic Management Team have between them 100 years experience in the maintaining and refurbishment of commercial and industrial buildings within the CBD and metropolitan areas.
Atlantic Plumbing Services currently employs 80 staff, comprising of 46 plumbers, 15 apprentices, 1 carpenter and 18 Office Staff.
All field staff have fully equipped service vehicles.
Our plumbing sub-contractor network base currently engages over 300 regional plumbers serving the regional areas on behalf of our company to sites such as Woolworths, Ampol, NSW Police and Australia Post. All sub-contractors are vetted and pre-induction to client requirements, ensuring they have immediate access to sites 24/7.
This highly skilled and experienced team are able to respond to any task with the professionalism and service today’s market demands. The communication network between our office and field staff utilizes state of the art technology accessible with their mobile device, an intelligent vehicle tracking and monitoring system, and cloud based job management enabling real-time data visibility.
Training of staff at all levels is a continuing commitment by the company to ensure maintenance of skills and exposure to new techniques.

Our Service Management Platform (AroFlo) gives our staff an effective tool to distribute urgent works immediately and plan scheduled projects in advance. Our field technicians can schedule work, book labour and parts and generate supplier purchase orders from the field via their smartphones.
Real time access to the system improves billing accuracy, and eliminates unnecessary paper work. Our field technician’s smartphones also contain all WHS compliance forms and capture the site contact signature for approval of works completed. Our Service Management Platform also features a customer portal allowing our clients access to our job management system to view updates and progress reports in real-time.
